Lawn Care in Spring/Summer/Fall, Snow Removal in Winter) About The Role As a Lawn Care and Snow Removal Technician at Augusta Lawn Care, you'll be an integral part of our team, dedicated to maintaining pristine landscapes for our clients in Hudsonville, MI, and the surrounding areas.
We pride ourselves on our innovative Pay for Performance (P4P) system that rewards employees for excellence, enabling earnings well above the base hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities Spring, Summer, and Fall:
Perform landscaping tasks including lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf removal.
Diagnose and treat lawn issues, maintain equipment, and interact professionally with customers.
Winter (Snow Removal):
Operate snow plowing equipment, perform sidewalk snow removal, and maintain equipment in good condition.
Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of lawn care and snow removal practices (preferred).
